Chaka is the founder of Impact Culture, a leading consultancy specialising in inclusive and equitable cultures, born from her passion for combining rigorous evidence-based methodologies with the pursuit of transformative cultural change, DEI, and social justice.

 

With extensive expertise in providing strategic advice to senior leadership across third-sector and corporate industries, Chaka has supported over 100 organisations throughout her career, guiding them through transformative journeys to embed sustainable, inclusive practices.

 

Renowned for her ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes, Chaka has co-authored the EDI principle for the Charity Governance Code, established steering committees for governmental and academic institutions, and delivered bespoke solutions for both small grassroots organisations and multinational corporations. Her approach bridges the unique needs of micro-organisations with the intricate demands of large-scale, multi-tiered systems, ensuring tailored, impactful results for each client.

 

Chaka is a trusted advisor to boards of trustees and senior leaders, having worked with high-profile clients such as  Publicis Groupe, Novo Nordisk, Greenpeace and Doctors Without Borders. As a senior trainer with NCVO, SCVO, and Civil Society Media, she empowers leaders with the tools and insights to address privilege, power dynamics, and systemic inequities.

 

Rooted in her lived experience as a neurodivergent queer Femme from a dual heritage background, Chaka’s leadership blends empathy, accountability, and evidence-based expertise.
